How do I track my order?Updated 23 days ago

When you place an order with us you will receive an email confirming your order.  Later that same day - if you ordered before 2pm on a working day, or the following working day outside of these hours - you will receive a second email, a dispatch confirmation, informing you that your order has been dispatched.  This email will contain information about the carrier being used, a tracking number and a link to track your order on their website.

Please note that the tracking information may not update for several hours after you receive your dispatch confirmation.  This is normal and you should not be alarmed.  If the tracking shows no movement by the following morning, please let us know and we can investigate for you.
