How can I cancel my order?Updated 23 days ago

Once your order has been placed, it is automatically passed to our warehouse team for fulfilment. The warehouse team work autonomously and will begin picking and packing your order, and preparing it for dispatch.

Under normal circumstances it is not possible to cancel an order that has been placed. However if you contact our Customer Services team they will make every effort to cancel the order before it is dispatched for you.

Please note: Orders that have been fulfilled cannot be cancelled.  In such cases you would need to request a return once you have received the goods.  Shipping costs and return shipping are not refundable in the event a customer does not want the goods.
