How do I track my order?Updated 23 days ago
When you place an order with us you will receive an order confirmation as soon as you place the order. Later the same day (if ordered before 2pm on a working day) you will receive a second email - a dispatch confirmation - confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will contain the details of the carrier being used, a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Tracking can take several hours to update, so please do not be alarmed if your tracking does not show movement straight away.
